Manual Lymphatic Drainage

$120 PER HOUR

A very gentle treatment to stimulate the Lymphatic system which in turn encourages the movement of the lymph through the nodes and back into the blood stream.

·       Excellent for detoxing.

·       Stimulating the immune system

·       Assists in reducing swelling post-surgery

·       Great to assist in reducing oedema – excessive accumulation of fluid in the interstitial spaces of the tissues.  (Please note this can be caused by a number of issues e.g. obstruction of venous flow, liver disease, tight bandaging or plaster casts, lymphatic system dysfunction, congestive heart failure etc.)

Sports Massage

This is a great treatment for athletes’ preparation and recovery.  Great for training to keep muscles supple and increase their strength at the optimum length.

Excellent after a big sporting event, especially marathons, bikes rides, ironman tournaments etc.

Pregnancy Massage

This is a healing energy discovered in Japan by Dr Usui in the late1800’s.

It is known as “Universal Life Force Energy”, Rei meaning ‘Spirit/Universe’ and Ki translates as life force energy. When Reiki is given it is also received by the practitioner.

Sally is a Reiki Master and utilises this energy in all of her treatments.  Sally is looking at creating some workshops in the future, do not hesitate to make an inquiry.

Aromatherapy

Essential oil therapy uses essential oils and other aromatic plant compounds.  Apart from providing a pleasant smell aromatherapy oils can provide respiratory disinfection, decongestant, be great for the skin (diluted of course) anti-viral, anti-bacterial and have a range of extensive properties that are wonderful for emotional, mental and psychological aspects of the human mind.

We in-corporate essential oils with most of our treatments.
